Some have said its the graffics driver that is messed up and to plug into another monitor and use that to uninstall the driver.
I did a Refresh in March, and after tried to update the drivers with Driver Booster (as there were no drivers listed for W10.) The computer wouldn't boot into Windows afterwards, We would like to join the many users that have already expressed their gratutude towards him for his guidance and thank him for his dedication! The 8.1 graphics driver worked for a while and then yesterday he reported back to me that it was slow again and freezing. Windows 10 won't boot after using 'Upgrade only' option. The only trouble now is some videos are pixelated!
