I've tried uninstalling the drivers and letting them reinstall. Since I did not have a long enough cable to go to the monitor I plugged the DisplayPort cable back in. It does seem strange how just changing the resolution on the main settings isn't enough to keep everything working properly but I'm just so happy it works now. after that there are still no drivers installed for this card. I did a complete uninstall of the latest AMD Windows 10 Drivers. AMD put a lot of work into the drivers, and we backported kernel code from Linux 4.5 to provide a better experience. My PC is set to never sleep as I use it as a media server, but my screens turn off automatically after 10 minutes.
