Your best bet at this point is to try and find another CPU or mobo to test with. According to quite few forums (including the official Nvidia forum) the factory overclock is not stable, most likely because it was not tested by Gigabyte themselves. I only just today found out it is MSi AB giving me this and BF3 crashes every now and then. Only way to bring back is turn off and then back on.
