Black Screen Delay After Login Insanely Annoying Windows 8.1

Are you aware that the DESKTOP is still here? If anybody has solution then please help. It's been an interesting several months for Windows Insiders, as we have seen many preview builds, countless tweaks, and some new features. George I tried it; did not work! permalinkembedsaveparent[–]JonnyRobbie 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago(2 children)no, I guess not, just the latest installer from the official site. I tried this and initially it didn't work. Also the triggers don't seem to active fully whenever i pull them all the way in.

It's really depressing using Windows 10 on a tablet." Muitosabao follows up, "Yup, I'm on build 10240, and the tablet mode is still deeply lacking. No luck for my trusty Intellimouse Optical. So, I installed 10, and voila - that issue is gone. I had to edit manually through the registry to remove the setting that disabled left-clicking after keys are pressed.

EDIT 2: Continuing my search around the internet, it seems to affect users that use high DPI mouses and high polling-rate mouses more than users who use basic hardware. loay akram August 5, 2015 at 8:16 am - Reply thank you very much it works so good ^_^ Ahmed Mirghani August 5, 2015 at 9:09 am - Reply Thank you, I wasn't sure if recommended should be put in both boxes until I scrolled and read this comment, knowing someone would ask it as I was also not sure. Edios games, however, seem to use mouse position in the menus and raw data when aiming, so it makes the menus particularly unusable.

This is not a Citrix problem as I am testing the VM via the console on VMWare before I even deployed it to Citrix. permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]TrantaLocked 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago(0 children)Wow, Microsoft really doesn't give a shit about mouse users anymore. I ran (cmd.exe) as an administrator, then it would allow me to access the boot log, then I typed in your command bcdedit.exe /set disabledynamictick yes and it works now. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/14321-63-startup-delay-login-screen-blank-screen-cursor I still notice some lag when opening steam but i think this is more towards being optimizing steam to properly work on windows 10, but so far so good will keep

Robert Russell September 12, 2016 at 10:17 pm - Reply When you get to that screen it'll show you a recommended value based on your PC specs. I have a question for you that is bugging me.

Working... Bonuses I don't have as much issues with lag as with really fucked up sensitivity. Everything is working great so far. Now uncheck the option Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.

Charms bar and swiping are very much missed!  You could have made all the changes you made and left us the charms bar and swiping in tablet mode. It doesn't affect my Logitech T400 mouse, but my Elantech touchpad is badly affected by this. Program from before Win 8 broken? http://sortpictures.net/black-screen/black-screen-before-login-windows-7.html Kelly October 18, 2016 at 6:32 am - Reply Worked pretty good but I still lag a lot may be a different issue for me.

Then for some unknown to me reason, it slowed down again. Your system might take a while to process the roll back and read the settings of your previous Windows version. If you are joined to a domain, any number of things from DNS to logon scripts and group policy could cause this as well. Yesterday I couldn't even get my start menu to pop up!!
