I'm going to be picking up a can of air soon, then opening up and cleaning out my laptop. I tried 20% less clock speeds for both but found that was a bit slow, so I started upping it more and more until I was satisfied. 5% less of both I have an older amd 7950hd running on Windows 7. There's two options, Core Clock and Memory Clock.
