I've been playing with no problems since. need to extract and replace it manually to see if it's the problem. Specifically, check your processor and RAM.
This "no grounding" can be extra tough on power supplies, and a surge protector needs a good ground to even work. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue. The blue screen is up for about 5 seconds and then the system reboots. im not quite sure what to do.
