I'm pointing squarely at RAM. Since none of the software based memory test is foolproof, even if all ram comes back as tested ok, I would run windows one stick at a time for a day, Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes. So, run Memtest on your memory.

My computer Bluescreens whenever I am watching online videos, listening to music via spotify, or sometimes just using the internet in general. Memtest86 will not do this. Oh, also I tried starting up games like CSGO and it is still good frames but the CPU Usage spikes to 90-100% then crashes. Within two days of the first power up I started having problems.
