So if the drive has bugs in firmware it might never see it as a error to report. if memtest 86 fails, I would update the BIOS or reset it to defaults and run the test again.if memtest86 does not find a problem. should i do verfier.exe /reset after bluescreen ?

Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time. What would indicate that ram would be bad? Loading User Symbols PEB is paged out (Peb.Ldr = 00000000`fffdf018). you will want o boot windows, run cmd.exe as an admin, then run sfc.exe /scannowand confirm all of your files are not corrupted.I would also run a malwarebytes scan.if these do
