I don't have my PC overclocked, but I check and everything seems fine. When on the desktop and moving windows there is also a lag. my company It could just be a corrupted BIOS so do a full reset on it with the jumper and see how it goes.

Sounds like your not using the Nvidia Disable Flag perhaps. I would be very appreciate any suggestion from you.
