i would first check to make sure cables are fully installed and no bent pins etc.then i would completely remove the usb ports in device manager and reinstall them. Fixing the ENUM settings worked and these are now restored. Once I reset these the device manager came back to life - and after rebooting I had all my network connections again. Plug in the usb drive and power it on 10.
