DELL Vostro 1710. I've used the same USB cable but only in the power socket, not in any PC USB port. Type "Device Manager" in the start search box & open the Device ManagerStep 03. Now it was at 1% and I tried to reboot it to find out if only the display of 1% was wrong, but nope, it didn't boot.
