Recent places and jump lists resetting in General Support Hello Recently, when right clicking on the explorer icon in my task bar I noticed that all of my pinned folders and It normally will reset and clear all jump lists including pinned items in them. The path should be '%Appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent Items\AutomaticDestinations' but viewing the ".automaticDestinations-ms" in Notepad does not help me as it is not apparent what will be the result of editing the file.Viv Saturday, See if restarting the laptop helps.
