So has anyone else ran into the issue of not getting the "keep settings, files, and apps" option and was able to resolve it? A virus or something modified this string. I just edited the keys and ran the setup for Windows 10 Pro (without rebooting after changing the registry). I tried booting install USB, it allowed choosing "Upgrade" option, but prompted that I need to restart PC and start install from there.
